Sales Clerk
JCPenney 2003-2006 Spokane, Washington
I started as a floater for JCPenney. I went around the store and gave breaks to the other associates. After they took away the floater position, I was relocated to the Men's Department for a while and then transferred into the Traditional department.
Graphic Design
Catered For You March 2006 - June 2006 Spokane, Washington
I revamped their website to make it more professional look and feel. I have also done some other jobs for them such as creating an advertisement that was to be put in a bridal magazine. The advertisement can be found here.
Graphic Specialist
Mountain Gear December 18th - current Spokane, Washington
I first started out as a contractor for Mountain Gear during the pre-spring 07 season, but they kept me on with a full-time position after my contract was up. My job at Mountain Gear is to collect product images from the vendors. Once the images are gathered, I'd clip them so they can be uploaded onto the website for customers to see. Sometimes the vendors will not have all the colors of a product that we need so then that would require that product to be color corrected so we can show all the colors that we have bought on the website (ie. a black sweatshirt into a pink sweatshirt). There are even times when the vendor won't have a certain product at all. Our photographer will have to shoot them and I help sometimes with the imaging to make the image look "on body" so it has shape.

This job is very deadline driven since we are supposed to have the new products up before the vendor's site goes live with their new line. There are times when you are dealing with multiple deadlines for different vendors.
